Board Members

The vision of the board of directors and staff of Crosskeys is to provide programming that reflects a value system that recognizes the inherent dignity of each person who is served.

 Crosskeys Human Services, Inc., was incorporated in 1975 and is recognize by the Internal Revenue as a 501(3) Organization. All donations are tax deductible. It is governed by a Board of Directors. It was founded in 1975 by Reverend Edward F. Higgins, (deceased), who wanted to provideServices for the large density of elderly in the Area. 

At Crosskeys, we maintain high standards of professionalism. Our founder is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP), and our behavioral health programs are delivered by licensed professionals.
